HOLIDAY SPAGHETTI
 
Ingredients


1 1/2 lbs. Ground Sirloin
1 Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 Tbs Sugar
1 small can Button Mushrooms (optional)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 to 2 16oz can diced tomatoes
1lb Spaghetti or Linguini
Colby Longhorn Cheese Sliced or Grated
Raw Bacon cut in pieces

Directions

Brown the Ground Sirloin. Sauté the following ingredients together Ground Sirloin, Bell Pepper, Onion. Add sugar, mushrooms, salt, diced tomatoes. Stir and cook lightly. While doing above...cook spaghetti or linguini.  Mix spaghetti with meat mixture and pour into 4 Quart casserole dish.  Cover top with sliced or grated colby longhorn cheese.  Cover cheese with raw bacon cut in pieces.  Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts and bacon browns nicely.
