Crabmeat Soup

Ingredients


1/2 Tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can tomato soup
1 can consomme
5 ounces of canned green pea soup (1/2 can)
1 cup half and half
1/4 cup sherry
1 pound crabmeat
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon basil
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Sauté onions in margarine until soft. Add all other ingredients except crabmeat. Heat thoroughly and serve. This may be refrigerated and reheated when ready to serve.

Serves: 6 - 10
