Zippy Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen spinach
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Thaw spinach; squeeze out liquid. In blender or processor, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill 24 hours. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
Yield: 3 cups
