Crab meat Deviled Eggs
 
Ingredients

1 dozen boiled eggs cut lengthwise
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 lb. lump crab meat
1 tsp. of minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Remove yolks from eggs and place in a mixing bowl. Break the yolks into small pieces and add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon the mixture into egg halves and chill for at least three hours.
