Frozen Tomato Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 Tablespoons cold water
1 cup Snap-e-Tom or tomato juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tablespoon onion juice
Directions:
Soften gelatin in cold water; place over hot water until gelatin is dissolved. Combine all ingredients, mix well, and pour into ice tray. Freeze. Serve frozen in avocado halves or on lettuce.
Serves: 6 - 8
